Status Definition
Device not received Sprint has not received the device at the warehouse.
Device processed The device has been received and processed by the warehouse.
Credit applied Sprint has applied the credit to the account for the device, it will display as a payment on the first page of the invoice.
Credit denied Sprint has denied credit for the device for one of the following reasons:
  • Wrong account number
  • Invalid Mobile number
  • Account/Name Mismatch
  • Multiple Accounts
Received for promo Sprint has received and processed the device and promo terms will be applied.
