Status Definition
Device not delivered The device has not been delivered to the warehouse.
Device not processed The device has not been processed by the warehouse.
Device processed The device has been processed by the warehouse. It may take 2–4 weeks to receive credit.
Credit applied Sprint has applied the credit to the account for the device, it will display as a payment on the first page of the invoice.
Credit denied Sprint has denied credit for the device for one of the following reasons:
  • Wrong account number
  • Invalid Mobile number
  • Account/Name Mismatch
  • Multiple Accounts
Received for promo Sprint has received and processed the device and promo terms will be applied.
